You’re Invited!

For the last couple of years, we’ve hosted a Masterminding Retreat for our All-Star members. The format is simple: everyone gets a 40-minute “Hot Seat” to discuss their business then work with the group to learn from each other as we work on our challenges with the most experienced hands in the business. Members leave the meeting with a list of success strategies they can put to work immediately. There’s just no substitute for learning from your peers.

But it’s been a couple of years now since we’ve hosted a big national meeting, and we miss you! So this year, we’re tweaking the formula so we can open up our Masterminding Meeting to everyone. And we’re offering you a seat!

The event starts with a presentation from Crystal Thies, aka “The LinkedIn Ninja.” Crystal is the founder of Crystal Clear Buzz LLC and the author of The Social Media Handbook for Financial Advisors. She’ll show you how to use the business world’s most powerful social media to boost your sales and develop your business. This is hands-on, practical stuff – no “theory.” You’ll be impressed even if you’re a social-media skeptic.

Friday morning’s opening presentation will be our own version of those “Extreme Makeover” shows that are so popular. Two lucky victims participants will get a “tax practice makeover” direct from the TaxCoach “stylists” themselves. Guaranteed to have your business looking and feeling attractive to clients (and yourself) in no time!

The rest of the meeting will consist of individual hot seats covering topics as varied as business planning, marketing, management, hiring and firing, raising fees, and exit strategies. You can request a hot seat to ask your specific questions and share your own successes. Or you can just listen and learn from the discussion. Either way, you’ll leave with a checklist as long as your arm, full of action strategies for reaching your unique goals!

We’re hosting the event from October 26-28 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton, Cincinnati RiverCenter. (That’s actually across the Ohio River in Covington, Kentucky – which shows you how much everyone wants to be in Cincinnati!) The meeting includes two breakfasts and two lunches, a welcome Happy Hour on Wednesday night at the hotel, and dinner at the United States’s only authentic Hofbrauhaus on Thursday night (lederhosen optional). There’s even an optional brewery tour after dinner on Thursday.
